    The ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Board of Regents will meet on February 2, 2022 starting at 4:00 pm at the System Office in Versailles, KY. The meeting will also take place via Teams and be livestreamed on YouTube.

    1. Call to Order, Roll Call, and Declaration of Quorum
    2. Executive Session: KRS 61.810 (1) (f) – Individual Personnel Matters. Discussions that
      may lead to the appointment, discipline, or termination of an individual employee.
      (Note: the executive session is not open to the public and will not be streamed via
      YouTube.)
    3. Return to Open Session and, if Required, Action on the Record
