I. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Martin called the System Policy and Planning Committee meeting to order on February 15, 2024 at 1:02 p.m. EST. The roll was called, but not enough members were present to establish a quorum.

II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
There were no requested changes to the January 25, 2024 System Policy & Planning Committee Meeting minutes. The minutes were not approved because there was not a quorum of members present to take action.
III. REVIEW OF MARCH 14, 2024, BOARD MEETING AGENDA
Shannon Rickett reviewed the March 14, 2024 Board Meeting Agenda. Chair Martin indicated the Chair鈥檚 Report would be short to give Dr. Quarles more time. President Quarles stated he would have a comprehensive President鈥檚 Report for the Board. It is likely that the Board will be asked to set tuition rates for next year so that the colleges can have more time to plan their budgets.
