Call to Order:
ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Board of Regents Chair Stevens called to order the System Policy and Planning Committee of the ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Board of Regents special meeting at 4:03 p.m. (ET) on January 26, 2023. The meeting was held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS. The press was notified of the meeting on November 17, 2022. Hon. Pam Duncan, ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ General Counsel, served as parliamentarian.
There being a quorum present, the meeting began with the approval of minutes.
Approval of Minutes:
Chair Stevens asked if there were any corrections to the November 17, 2022, minutes presented in the meeting materials. There being none, Chair Stevens There being none, the minutes were declared approved as presented.
New Business:
Review of the March 2023 Board Meeting Agenda and Itinerary
Chair Stevens asked ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Board Liaison and ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Chief of Staff Hannah Rivera to present the discuss with the Committee the March 23-24, 2023, ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Board Meeting agenda and itinerary. Ms. Rivera began the discussion with the itinerary (Attachment A).
After Ms. Rivera discussed the itinerary, Chair Stevens asked for discussion. There being none, Ms. Rivera presented the agenda (Attachment B).
Next Meeting
Chair Stevens announced that the next meeting of the ÌìÃÀÊÓƵ Board of Regents System Policy and Planning Committee are scheduled for February 14 (tentative) and March 2." be decided after the March 2023 Board meeting.
Adjournment:
Chair Stevens called for the adjournment of the meeting.
Regent Fletcher moved that the meeting adjourn. Regent Martin seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously and adjourned at 4:52 p.m. (ET).
