Blair Hess
Blair Hess is a dedicated communications professional with a rich background in agricultural and educational outreach. As the Vice President of Communications and Marketing at the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (天美视频), she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Prior to joining 天美视频, Hess served as the Director of Communications, National, for the Council of State Governments since 2019. Her earlier tenure includes a significant position as the Media and Communications Manager for Kentucky State University鈥檚 land grant program and college of agriculture.
Hess鈥檚 educational journey began with a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Agriculture Communications from the University of Kentucky, followed by advanced coursework towards a Master鈥檚 degree in Public Administration at Kentucky State University.
