If you wish to modify a research protocol that has already been approved or exempted by the 天美视频 HRPP, those modifications must be approved by the HRPP prior to implementation. These modifications can include changes to research site(s), population(s) involved, changes to research design or instrumentation, and so on.
If you wish to modify a research protocol that was previously approved or exempted by an IRB external to 天美视频, and that has been accepted by the 天美视频 HRPP, please seek initial modification approval from the external IRB. You may then submit their modification review determination here with details on proposed modifications. HRPP staff will then review the external IRB鈥檚 decision.
