Mountain cuisine served in a rustic and inviting setting. Offer a full breakfast buffet and à la carte
breakfast menu daily. Also open for après ski and dinner, the culinary team invites you to enjoy a
tantalizing showcase of locally inspired dishes and innovative classics. Enjoy extensive 'by the glass' wine
selections, a noteworthy variety of regional beer or a signature cocktail, crafting the perfect Whistler
après experience.
The Wine Room
Evening dining with that special touch - warm, personal and perfectly orchestrated to match your special
occasion - features fresh, local and Pacific Rim ingredients. A memorable dining experience complimented by
an extensive wine selection highlighted with internationally acclaimed British Columbia wines.

Mallard Lounge
11:30am – 1:00am, (Sunday until 12:00am)
At the end of the day, there is no better place to unwind than fireside with a sensational view of
Whistler Mountain. Featuring an array of signature drinks ranging from classic cocktails to Mallard alpine
warmers. The Mallard Lounge and Terrace is truly a 'gem' at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
Live entertainment 3:30pm–5:30pm & 9:00pm–12:00am
The Portobello Market and Bakery
7:00am – 9:00pm
Portobello's hip, casual setting serves up a fresh & fabulous menu selection – Deli-style. Featuring an
open kitchen concept, comfortable couches, made to order fare and specialty coffee bar, Portobello's
energetic and interactive environment is perfect any time of the day. Festive dinner buffet is available
December 20th – 30th (Excluding 24th & 25th)
The Chalet
5:00pm – 10:00pm
Take a magical sleigh ride around the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course, pulled by impressive
Clydesdale horses. After your ride under the stars, we invite you into The Chalet for a beautiful 3-course fon-due
dinner. Whether a romantic trip for two or a fami-ly outing for ten, this is a perfect way to end your day.

Activities at Chateau Whistler

Downhill Skiing & Snowboarding
Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains combined offer more than 8,100 acres of skiable terrain. The 5,280
foot vertical rise of our ski lifts elevate you to the spectacular views of the Coast Mountain Range.
Cross Country Skiing
Lost Lake Park, the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course and the Nicklaus North Golf Course are
connected by miles and miles of track set skate and classic cross-country ski trails.
Dog-Sledding
Enjoy a wilderness ride with the dog breed that has dutifully served mankind for centuries. Only two
people can ride with the Musher on each sled and each dog team can take out one or two tours per day.
ZipTrek/Skyline Ecotours
Zip line adventures are an excellent alternative to skiing and snowboarding, and are very unique to the
Whistler area! Tours run daily and are considered an all weather activity.
Snowmobile Tour
A variety of guided tours tailored to all skill levels will take you on a backcountry adventure. Choose either
day or evening tours.
Snowshoeing
Whether you are experienced or a first timer, your friendly, professional guide will take you on an unforgettable
tour through the woods. If you prefer to go on your own we can arrange for rental equipment and a trail map.
Vida Spa
Choose from a variety of massage therapy, body-work, or aesthetic treatments at the Vida Wellness Spa in the
Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides
Ride our horse drawn sleigh along our Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course and then warm in The
Chalet with a 3-course fondue dinner.
